Appointment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

APPOINTMENT, CANCELLATION, & REFUNDS​

We appreciate your patronage and are committed to providing an amazing experience. Due to the exclusive services that we offer, we have enacted policies to ensure all clients are given quality service and the opportunity to enjoy their experience. In our commitment to provide outstanding customer service to all of our clients and out of consideration for the provider’s time, we have adopted the following policies:

 

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY:

At Mynd Body Connect and its affiliated businesses, we value your time and the time of our providers. To hold your appointment, a valid card to keep on file is required at the time of booking. To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment through our booking system or by speaking to one of our team members. Voicemails, text messages, and emails do not constitute a cancellation or a rescheduling confirmation. Once you receive an automated response confirming your cancellation or rescheduling, your appointment change is complete. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee that is 50% of the services booked. The same applies to no-shows. For clients with multi-session packages, missed appointments or cancellations made without 24-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of that session from your package.​

ARRIVAL TIME:

Please arrive at your appointment at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. All services offered have a specific time schedule, and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened to keep on schedule.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

All appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If the treatment does not start on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, and you will still be required to pay full price. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled appointment time. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with advanced notification of late arrival.

PAYMENT POLICY:

We accept cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay. All services must be paid in full at the time of the visit. Automatic gratuity will be added to groups of 3 or more.

REFUND POLICY:

Due to the nature of our services, there are no refunds, or exchanges on services, prepaid packages, gift certificates, or purchased products at any time. Please see the manager if you are unsatisfied with any service received so that we may attempt to remedy the situation to the best of our ability.

PRIVACY & RIGHT OF REFUSAL POLICY:

We will not give or sell your information to a third party. Client data is stored in a secured electronic database for your protection. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons we deem necessary.​

SPA ETIQUETTE:

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you silence your cell phones while inside the spa. In service areas, please be mindful of others and keep conversations at a low volume to ensure everyone enjoys a stress-free experience.

These policies are in place to respect the time and efforts of our service providers and to ensure that your visit remains tranquil and rejuvenating.

Please note: Mynd Body Connect and its affiliated businesses maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. Sexual services are absolutely prohibited.
